Bitcoin’s (BTC) recovery from 25-day lows seen over the weekend has done little to alleviate the near-term bearish bias, technical studies indicate.
At the time of writing, the Bitcoin price is sitting at $6,327 representing a gain of 1.99% in the last 24 hours. More than $260 M worth of BTC were exchanged in the BTC/USD market representing an 18% share of the global daily volume. The BTC/JPY pair represents a 11.2% share.
The Ethereum price has risen 4.46% over the past 24 hours and is currently sitting at $198, with over $130 M worth of Ether exchanged in the past 24 hours on the ETH/USD pair which has a 17% market share of the daily trading volume.
